Hi, my name is Matt and I love to run! I especially enjoy trail running. I am married to Susie and we have six children Connor-10, Jed-8, Jaxine-7, Evan-4, Eliza-2, and Susanna-0. Look for me at your next race, I wear the same bright yellow Twinkies shirt at all my races.
Favorite Course: Mid-Mountain Marathon, Park City, Utah
I did 2 miles today at a super easy pace. I just wanted to stretch my legs and see how well my recovery was going. My muscles were tender but not painful. My right knee feels weak and probably needs a few more days of easy running.

Wow. good for you man. The tendons behind my left knee are still sore. I think I pulled one or more when I was compensating for the pain in my right knee during the race. While my ITB feels fine now, I am stuck with what I can only think of as a slight ligament pull in my left leg. I'm sure it will be fine by the time I try and run, which won't be till next Monday.

Looks like you're back!
Jun, I hope by Monday you are feeling better!
