Sometimes my big running goals can seem a bit overwhelming, so I have to set smaller goals that are easier to accomplish. The goal for today was to get out of bed and go for a run. I nailed it.

Excellent job! You're proof positive that you can have a baby, take a few days off (pounding a few Twinkies, no doubt) and come back as strong as ever!
Too bad they don't have a Fluffernutter shirt or I'd be wearing that to my races. Mmmmmm!
