I realized something yesterday: I use running as a way to break up the stress of being a working mother. Yesterday my SIL took the kids after school to work on a project, and so when I got home I had nothing to do till 8. You would think that would be my opportunity to run, but instead I sat on the couch and watched 2 episodes of Pregnant in Heels. I've never watched that before. I can't imagine being as helpless/needy/useless as the pregnant moms on that show. Then finally I got off the couch and decided to play around with the Wii Fit again. I don't think I get a good workout, but I did sweat a little. Then, since I had wasted my running time, I just didn't run, and I didn't really care. Not sure where I'm going with running now. I'll probably feel more into it next week, I'm guessing.
