Keep encouraging my family in their development of a healthy lifestyle

I run with God. I use my running time to contemplate, to pray and to listen for His call. I'm married to a non-runner, but a supportive one, and we have four children.

This run was hard, not just for the length, but for the wind.  It was intense.  But now I'm on the way to getting some endurance again :)

Been awhile since I have been on the blog. Awesome mileage, even in the wind. Wind is our constant companion up here. Running 10 miles in it is very impressive!

I remember when I used to live in Champaign, I always figured that the wind made up for the lack of hills. I remember that wind. It's something else. So props to you.
