I run with God. I use my running time to contemplate, to pray and to listen for His call. I'm married to a non-runner, but a supportive one, and we have four children.

The weather here (now I'm in Chicago) is temperate. Makes for a pleasant run.  This was just another easy run.  I did see a deer in someone's yard while I was running.  I got pretty close before it ambled away.  I did much the same as yesterday, except I ran through Swan Pond, which was pretty swampy.

No, no. I'm not that hard core. A path along the Desplaines River where there's a place that gets pretty swampy when the river overflows. The path was under water a few weeks ago, but now the path is dry, the rest is swampy.
