Now Eli's sick (who couldn't see that coming?).  My mom came down to help (she's the best).  I didn't run yesterday, but I did my 4 x 800s today (all in 3:42).  Ran a warm up and cool down too.

I'm hoping Eli's feeling better tomorrow.  There has been a flu bug making its way through Caleb's school and I hope it doesn't make its way to me...

the sick seems to be going around 1st grade. One teacher had 6 people absent one day, then 7, and then 8 the next. Crazy huh?

In Caleb's class, 6 or so kids were gone for at least a couple days last week. I haven't been sick (like that) in a long time and I will be pissed if I'm sick over my spring break...

Do teachers get sick? I figured y'all were basically immune to everything after a couple years of teaching.

Oh, and nice 800s, that is some good consistency.

That's what I hope, Joe, but it would be just my luck to get sick when I have a week of freedom from grading papers (or at least part of a week--I'm really behind and will probably be grading a bunch in the early part of the week).
