I was dizzy this morning. Thought about not running, took a nap, and then decided to go out. I didn't push (avg. 9:37), just ran. It was not too cold, but wet and windy. I wore my old shoes and didn't realize it until I was 1/2 mile into the run. Now I'm back to dizzy again.
Tomorrow morning I gotta get out early otherwise I won't run...
