Keep encouraging my family in their development of a healthy lifestyle
God willing, I will run until the end.
Personal:
I run with God. I use my running time to contemplate, to pray and to listen for His call. I'm married to a non-runner, but a supportive one, and we have four children.
I can't seem to find my new shoes. I haven't looked very hard, but I'll have to find them soon.
I felt pretty good after this run was over. I'm slowing down a lot, but I'm happy that I'm still putting in a few miles a week. Now if I could just get rid of this cough...

Yeah. What a terrible excuse. I secretly wish that I was training for a marathon right now.

Yeah. I looked there already. I know a lot of other places they aren't.
