An easy 6 miles at 5:30.  I am waking up this week before my husband goes to work so I have some extra time.  As long as I'm done by 6:30-6:45, it's all good.

There was a slight chill in the air and a breeze, but I felt good in shorts and a t-shirt. It was already light out by the time I started.  I didn't wear my watch.

Afterward I did pilates and I plan on lifting as soon as I'm done with my cleaning.

Changed this after I mapped it.  I will drive it later and adjust if necessary.

Sorry I haven't commented in the last few days. I've been crazy busy trying to get these quilts finished by tomorrow morning.

Are you out of school now for the summer? It sounds like you've got plenty planned for today.

And I think that 6:30-6:45 is awfully early to be done with a run. I can do that occasionally and if I'm doing shorter runs, but it's hard to maintain over the long haul, at least for me.

I'm now a stay-at-home mom for the next 2 1/2 months, except for next week and the week after, when I'm teaching a morning class and the kids will be going to daycare from 7-11ish. I'm pretty happy.

6:30-6:45 IS early to be finished. That's why I'm a night runner during the year--because I have to be done at a little before 6 if I'm going to work (I leave at 6:45) so I can get myself and the kids ready for the day. I think it'll work until my husband is done with work on June 15.
