An easy 6 miles at 5:30. I am waking up this week before my husband goes to work so I have some extra time. As long as I'm done by 6:30-6:45, it's all good. There was a slight chill in the air and a breeze, but I felt good in shorts and a t-shirt. It was already light out by the time I started. I didn't wear my watch. Afterward I did pilates and I plan on lifting as soon as I'm done with my cleaning. Changed this after I mapped it. I will drive it later and adjust if necessary.
