I woke up with the foot feeling tight so I didn't want to risk anything. Did about a 20 minute core workout followed by the bike. Legs felt good and the weather was ideal for a ride.
In the afternnon I went to the pool and did a lap swim. The first 10 laps had my arms on fire, but after that I settled in and it felt great. Would have done 1,600 but I had a time period to swim and I so I had to leave.
