It's finals week in school and I have a lot of projects to get finished up and turned in so it will not be a heavy running week for me.

Finished my classes so I have about a week to study and do what I want to do.  Started off the week with a nice 6 mile run this morning.  I think I will do 10 tomorrow to finish out the week.  

My usual sleep routine was messed up this week and my eating pattern was not normal so I was a little worried how I would feel but I felt pretty good.  It's always good to get out and run!

10 miles on the road.  I am trying to get my legs back to normal but they were pretty tired after the 10 miles.  I'm hoping for about 40 miles next week because I don't have official classes and can be at the school by 8-9 every day next week.
