Another Monday. Just took things nice and slow today. For some reason Mondays my legs just don't feel great.
6 miles with .25 mile at tempo with each mile
1 mile warmup, then 4 miles of 400m repeats with 400m between each.
Nice and slow 1 mile home.
Easy recovery run
My legs were tired this morning so I kept it shorter.
Hot morning and I wasn't feeling great. Had to push through to get this run done.
