Married to my awesome wife Kirstyn and together we have 4 kids.
45 minute gym workout followed by a 18.2 mile bike ride.
1 hour cross training gym workout.
I am in San Diego again so I was able to run without the heat. Body felt great and had a really nice run.
I did a brick workout this morning. Started with a 15.6 mile bile ride and ended with a fast 3 mile run. AP on the run was just over 7 min/mile.
I had a nice run this morning. My legs felt great during the run and I was just happy to be running in San Diego.
