Married to my awesome wife Kirstyn and together we have 4 kids.
Took the day off of running and just did some core work.
TM run. Tempo @6:30 for 1 mile followed by recovery @8:30. 4 miles tempo and 4 recovery.
Some recovery miles after my speedwork yesterday.
Cool, breezy, and a little rainy. Legs were a little tired this morning but made it through. Went a little faster the last 2 miles.
Nice run in the rain. Tried to take it slow so I had stuff left in the tank to go long tomorrow.
Long run. AP 8:11. Nice morning for a run. I felt good this morning but by mile 16 I was getting tired. Was able to finish strong at about a 7:50 pace.
