I did 20 minutes of swim and then did 20 minutes on the eliptical.

1 mile warmup, 4 miles at 6:53 pace with a .5 mile cool down between between the 4 miles and a .5 mile cooldown after.

Legs felt a little tired still.  I was hoping that the issue with my left leg would be better but it seems to be the same.  I find the more I run on it the better if feels.

I tried to run but I just didn't have the energy to deal with my foot and the pain.  Ran .5 mile and walked home in the pouring rain.  I was looking forward to a run in the rain.  Did a core workout at my house.
