Married to my awesome wife Kirstyn and together we have 4 kids.
I had really tired legs this morning. I could feel from my first few steps I was going to have to work for my miles this morning.
AM: stationary bike 30 minutes, stair climber 10 min, core
PM: easy run 3 miles
1/2 mile at 6:35-6:45 pace followed by 1/2 mile recovery. Recovery was almost all uphill so it wasn't much of a recovery. core
Stationary bike followed by a quick leg workout.
Nice and slow!
Great long run. Felt really good this run. Finished strong and was happy with the morning!
