Married to my awesome wife Kirstyn and together we have 4 kids.
Took the morning off due to sickness
8 miles feeling terrible.
6 miles were done at either MP or about 5-7 seconds above MP.

Easy Miles.
Speed work. 1 mile repeats. 4 miles hard, 4 miles easy. I am still sick so it took about everything I had to make it through the workout.
Long run. I usually have Rhett to run with and the time just flies, but I ran alone this time and it was rough... I only had time to do 18 miles because of a meeting but I could have done much more. I am still sick, but my legs felt pretty good.
