Had a good run this morning. Cough was not too bad and legs felt good. I wish I could run longer but I am too lazy and get up in enough time to do my 5 miles. I ran them pretty hard today but did not include any intervals. My watch was closer to the right distance, but I still think that it is a little off. Overall felt good. I am going to do my long run tomorrow because I am doing a little local 5K on Saturday.
