Ran a couple miles with Kim then 5 more solo. Glad to see Kim's achilles may be better off than we first thought on Saturday. My legs felt great during the run. Guess the nice thing about 5Ks is the quick recovery factor. Hoping things go better in a couple weeks when I race the Speedy Spaniard 10K. Later to the gym for 30 min XT. 8:20/149
