Kim and I ran our Harry's Hill workout this morning then I did 4 more miles solo afterward. Beautiful morning with great views of the mountains and valley from the top of the hill. My calves were a little tight so I decided to back off the intensity a bit on the hills and ran alongside Kim. Felt pretty peppy on the 4 mile run home (mostly flat) and kept the pace in the MP range (7-7:30) Overall AP 8:26
