Easy shorter run. Want to have good energy level for the 22-23 mile run tomorrow. The canyon wind was relentless again this morning. Did a few strides toward the end when I had the wind at my back.

I keep reading about wind and we had NONE today. Weird, we are usually the worst!

Wind is pretty much the norm for SF in the morning with our lovely canyon to the east. It's very rare to have no wind in the AM and it's usually fairly strong. But today was worse than usual.

Well, it all just makes you stronger! Not sure why we always have wind. We have the two little canyons, we have lots of farmland with not buildings to block it, I dunno. But it is always windy!
