Walked 1/2 mile then 3 miles nice and easy in my spiffy new shoes. Feet and shoes felt fine and dandy. Finished with 1/2 mile walk. This will probably be it for the day, maybe another walk sometime later if there is time.

Kim seems to be doing a little better today with the flu/pneumonia, hopefully that trend will continue. She's hanging tough through all the misery.

Walked around 2 miles in the evening.

Ease on back. Dang, our old(er) bodies, right?

Two days in a row, you're practically a runner again. Let's see, 3 * 6 = 18 miles in a week. I'd say that's plenty for your back in action week.

Tom, it seems like the conditioning takes forever to come back, it will return quickly when your foot is ready. Can you do some cross training that does not bother the foot to supplement your running? Hope Kim gets well sooon.

Hey, we could run together, your running my pace.

Brent - I've doing some XT at the gym (bike, stair machine, eliptical)to supplment but this week I've been too busy. I plan on doing some XT indefinitely at least 3 days a week.

I'd love to run with you sometime Brent at any pace. Maybe down in SG one of these weekend when we're both down that way?
