Six miler in the morning with Kim around our usual river bottoms loop. Did a few (6?) strides along the way just for fun. Later went to the gym at work for 40 min various XT.

New flash fires at work today have me under the gun again after a bit of a reprieve the last week or 2. Thankfully my boss knows me well to enough to know I'll be able to solve the problem quicker if I get my "sweat" time in. Sometimes when things get crazy he practically orders me to go to the gym or go running. Amazing how often the solutions to tough problems magically appear during or shortly after a good bout of exercise. At the moment I'm still waiting for some magic........

I'm familiar with that magic and have used it for work many times. Very cool that the boss "gets it".

I can not even think straight when I run, like if when the light is green does that mean I can cross or I have to wait???? Seriously, my mind gets all muddled. BUT I am good at solving other people's problems while we run.

Have a great rest of the week and weekend!
