Ran 6 mostly with Kim after the sun came up. A bit warmer than yesterday but plenty cold and a bit of wind chill from the canyon breeze. Felt pretty sluggish with the cold and after the turkey feast yesterday. But good to get out and get er done.

Hey I think we'll be meeting at the stake center at 6am. Hopefully the temps will be a little better than the last couple days and the wind behaves as well.
I've been pretty sluggish with the super cold temps lately so I'm not sure how speedy I'll be but it would be great if you could join in for some miles. I've been taking a rest week this week so I'll probably only do 10 or 11 miles, including pacing Kim on a 10K tempo run during part of that, probably around 7:45-8:30 pace.
