Ran 5 on a beautiful morning with Kimi then walked another mile and a half. Glad to see that my legs/feet seem to be handling the ramping up the mileage without any signs of any problems.
Still keeping everything in the easy pace range, mostly around 8:30-9:30. That pace still feels harder than it should and HR still awfully high but I know with time all that stuff will take care of itself. Same with my weight which really seems to want to get stuck about 5 lbs above where it gets to when I'm in race shape. Just need to be smart and Continue in Patience..... |
