Ran 5 miles in the morning with Kim. Very calm and peaceful this morning with very little canyon wind and a humongous moon. Added on 1 solo mile and threw in a few strides just for fun.

Later went to the gym for 30 XT and also decided to try 1 mile on the treadmill just to see if the mill was any better than last time I used it. It wasn't.  But had a little bit of a breakthrough with a tough project at work so that's always dandy.

Tom, I seen many big moons today, oh, maybe a different kind of moon. The time is near, taper city.

What is wrong with the treadmill???

Love the new picture!

Brent - Hmmmm... not sure what to make of all those moons you're talking about!

Kelli - Nothing was actually wrong with the treadmill as far as its functioning. I just really hate running on the treadmill. I hadn't run on one for a long long time for this reason, but on a whim thought I'd try it today and give it a chance. But alas it was still as boring as I remembered.

I thought maybe it hurt you in some way (aside form mental anguish!) They definitely take some getting used to. I am still not a huge fan, but I think it takes a lot of the pressure off my feet (and everything else) to use them a couple days a week. And they are GREAT when it is a blizzard out!
