Had planned to do an 80-minute gym quadrathlon including TM walking, biking, stairs, and elliptical, 20-mins each. But when I got to 20-min on the stairs some guys were still hogging all the elliptical machines so I ended up with 28 min on the stairs and 12 on the elliptical.

Legs feeling good and foot still improving week to week. I'll likely try my first steps of running in a couple of weeks. Looking out the window at the snow I was thinking that if I have to be stuck in the gym during May, then cold and rainy/snowy May 2010 is probably a good one to choose.

Opted for the radio today. Channel surfed but mostly listened to K-Love.

Hey Tom, did you and Terry get all the changes done for the marathon exchange? I was noticing that it all has to be done here soon.

Way to keep up the workouts, Tom! You're right, if you had to be stuck inside, this spring has been a good time for that. Good luck on your recovery!

Kim, I think the change was made on the computers. I just need to get Tom some change.

Just think of how easy running up hills will be with all that stair work.
