Easy 5-miler in the early AM with Kim. Then later went to the gym and did 45-min XT (E/B/S).  Planning on running similar mileage as last week, around 40+ miles.

You seem fairly healthy. What's your plan at SGM? You running with Kim? She's close to that tuff Sub 4 time.

Terry I am planning on running with Kim and see how the sub-4 goes. However Kim has been putting a bug in my ear to go fast enough for the BQ (3:30) so if she gets the BQ we could both run Boston next year.

I think we'll just see how things are going a week or 2 before the race and make a decision then. I really just want to work this year on slowly building a nice mileage base (45-55 mpw plus a bit of cross-train 10 mpw equiv) without any speed other than an occasional MP mile or 2 when I'm feeling perky. Then hopefully that will set me up for a good, healthy 2011 and maybe a marathon PR.

Now I haven't heard anything as romantic as a husband and wife both qualifying for Boston on the same race.

Does Kim have to get a 3:50?
