AM: 6 miles with Kim. Very very dark down in the river bottoms with no moon! But our reward was seeing a bunch of shooting stars. Temps are still quite pleasant for this time of year.

No BF running?

From Tom on Tue, Oct 19, 2010 at 18:57:42 from 137.65.56.16

No BF running today Terry. But as long as the weather allows I'll be doing a couple days a week BF 2 miles each day. Supposedly doing a bit of BF like this is the best thing for getting rid of the PF for good. So far it does seem to make the feet happy and is kinda fun to do. But don't expect to see me running any marathons minus the shoes. Shoes were a good invention.

BF goodrich wore shoes, hopefully other ways to get stronger feet without taking the risk of BF in dog poop, glass, rocks, etc.

Stay Kool, B of BS Rools out

Nice solid base running, good work.
