1.5 mile warmup over to the former Granite High. 8 x 200 with 200 slow jog recovery. Well, I assume it was 200m. The track was very odd, only 4 lanes and the lanes were super narrow, but the times seemed about right. 50, 49, 48, 51, 49, 53, 48, 48. For a few of these, I had to swing out to lane 3 to go around a couple waking 2 abreast with a stroller. Cool down home. Hoping to do a workout like this once a week and get a little faster. |
