SLCTC speed work. Warm-up. 10 min @10k pace. 5 minutes easy. 10 min @ 10k pace. Cooldown. None of my group had a gps so pace was a guestimate. Made it just short of a loop of SHP on each 10 minute segment so probably high 7s/low 8s for pace.
