In The Long Run

Started at the Capitol. Ran up City Creek until it became too icy then headed into the Avenues for a few more miles.  Relatively warm out and we finished just before the rain.  

SLCTC group run. This just felt really hard. 

After work with Vanessa.  Manged to finish before the rain/hail came, but the lightning in the last half mile was making my arm hair stand up.  

Out and back on the path along Snow Canyon Parkway. Didn't feel great, really struggled on the way back. I don't feel very recovered from Surf City at all.  Although the muscular soreness was not bad and completely gone in a few days, I still feel very sluggish, tired, and unmotivated.
