Nice 12 mile Emigration Canyon Run. Started near the zoo, turned back near the start of the switchbacks. It was very tempting to stop at Ruth's on the way back down!

the breakfast smell from Ruth's makes it almost impossible to want to keep going :-)

How can you not stop at Ruth's :) I think I am almost ready for a trail run on the BST with you. It would have to be a super mellow day for you though!
