got out at lunch today - I felt ok.  My legs feel pretty fresh.  They fell good but not overly zippy. Hopefully some zip gets in them for later this week.

Got to love taper weeks. Looking strong man. Can't wait to read the report. They have any way of tracking your progress like Boston or some of these bigger races??

tropical storm ida is getting in the wa of my 3 mile MP run today. I think I'll push it to tomorrow.

The only way to track me on this one is to come out to the battlefield and drive or bike around following us... :)
