Did 6 after we got back from vacation today.   I took the day off yesterday so my legs felt nice a fresh.  I was lucky to get a little rain for the run so it was easy.  Too much food this weekend.

6 in 7:40 pace

Tim, the flu is gone and so is the dreaded toothache. The tooth pain actually went away the next day. It''s crazy, I tell you.

I hate returning back to real life after a nice vacation, but a nice run always helps out. Looks like you had a good strong vacation recovery run.
