I ran after work today.  It was just an easy 6 miler.  75 degrees and beautiful here in GA.  I love this weather.

I felt heavy and slow after eating a little too much over the weekend.  The good thing is that my left hip flexor is not twingy anymore.  It is a little stiff but much better after taking Sunday off.  7:27 ave. pace.

Weight: 143.00

Glad your hip flexor is feeling better. I ate way too much over the weekend, too.

I'm thinking you can pretty much eat what you want. How much do you weigh? I bet it is next to nothing. I wish I could eat too much and be as thin as you. I definitely don't have a marathoners body, but I'm working through that.
