A little misty and around 60. Same route as Tuesday. I felt ok - not great. But I did feel better after the turnaround. It seems like I take around 3-4 miles to warmup.

I can barely hold that pace for a quarter of a mile. It takes me a good 3 or 4 miles to warm up, too.
