This week was on the cruise. I'm not sure what I did every day, but I did a couple hard longer runs, and several runs in the morning. I did two workouts. (all on the treadmill) One was 1000, 800, 600, 400, 400, 400. The other was 400 8 times. The 400's were 66 I think. One run was in the low 6:00 range for 7.5 miles. Overall this week was pretty easy, but I got some good workouts in. |
