Morning run with Coach, Morgan, and Shalaya. It was pretty fast at the end, but It flet good the whole time.

6 600's at the oval. With Morgan and Gemachu on all of them. I was able to keep up with them the last 200 on everyone. I even out-sprinted them on my last one. (they started later) 1:45 - 1:47 on all of them.

Jogged a mile on the treadmill before lifting weights. (Went to Hawaii in the morning) My knee hurt a little bit.

Pretty good run in Hawaii. I ran with Mom for about 4 miles. Last two went faster. I felt very good and fast. 8:26, 7:25, 7:37, 7:36, 5:58, and 5:53.
