I was really tired today, so I slept in. I went up to pipeline later and did nine miles in 65 minutes. It was about 7:13 pace. It felt pretty easy, but my legs are pretty sore. It was a good run though. Later, I went to the track and did sprints. I did eight 75 meter sprints. I warmed up about a mile and cooled down about two miles. My legs felt better, but still sore. |
