I was pretty sore today when I woke up. I was sore all over, but mostly in my calfs. It took me a while to warm up, but by the end of my run, I felt pretty good. I did 8.5 miles at 8:00 pace. It did hurt a lot to run downhill. It was an easy run, and I felt better than I thought I would. Later I ran on the treadmill. I was planning on going outside, but it was too dark. I warmed up slow a half mile, then did three at about 7:10 pace, and finished with a half mile cool down. My legs felt better, but my calfs are still sore. |
