I felt pretty tired when I woke up, but I got out on my run later and I felt pretty good. My legs feel fine, no injuries, and I'm not sore at all. I ran an eight miler at 6:51 pace. My splits were 7:04, 6:43, 6:29, 6:48, 6:54, 7:17 (mostly uphill), 6:56, and 6:33. I didn't push it very hard and it felt good. |
