AM: Today we did a pretty fast workout. It was 400 400 400 300 300 300 200 200 200 150 150 150. It was fast. My splits were about 62 63 62 47 46 46 32 30 29 21 21 20. It was hard, but it was a good workout. I was about with Morgan on all of them. He beat me on the first two, and was barely ahead on a few others, but I beat him on the last two 150's. PM: Later I ran 4 miles at 7:10 pace on the treadmill. |
