8 miles today. I warmed up a mile to school and met Gemachu. We  went sorta hard for three miles on Wasatch, then turned around. On the way back, I pushed it harder and lost Gemachu. I finished up about 38:30. About 6:25 pace for six miles. It felt okay, but it should of felt easier.
