Today I did intervals. It was 800 400 400 400 400 200 200 200 200. I did 2:14 64 64 63 62 and about 30 30 30 29. (Morgan said I was about 30 on them, I didn't use my watch) Morgan did the first three with me, but his knee hurt. My knee felt great during them and doesn't hurt very badly now, either. The eight hundred was pretty hard, but I pushed it in and it felt hard. The four hundreds were also hard, but I kept the same on the first two, pushed a little harder at the end on the third, and pushed it really hard on the last one. This was one of my best workouts, and it was hard, but felt good. |
