| Ran Monday night at McNeil HS with Donnie's group. Felt great to be out with the bunch at McNeil. Ran first mile real easy warmup, then ran two miles about 7:45 pace. Tam was running 6 miles at about a 7:45 pace, looked pretty strong for his run. I'm still on 4mg Prednisone for muscle issues. Right heel is still hurting. Being careful. | Add Comment |

| Ran Town Lake trail with Mike S., our ISO 9001 auditor from Boston. A great relaxing run. Still 4mg Prednisone, achy muscles, and sore right heel. Poor old me. | Add Comment |

| Ran 5 easy to medium effort miles at Florence HS. Legs can feel the lack of long runs over the past month. The past two weeks we have been doing the ISO 9001 audit so I have been loaded with that one. Still on 4mg Prednisone, achy muscles, sore right heel. But it was a beautiful day, temperature about 50 degrees with sun shine during my run. When I got home they were doing a replay on TV of the Hawaii Ironman from this year. Very inspiring. | Add Comment |
