Running Accomplishments:

PRed in Malibu Nov. 2009 with a 4:00:25, I think.  Shy of sub-4 hours and shy of BQ 3:45.

Other marathon times:

May 2009: Orange County (4:21) and LA (4:15)

Feb. 2010: Surf City (4:09)

Took a couple years off from running in 2013-2014. Haven't done any marathons since 2011 though I started doing half marathons again in 2017.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Still want to qualify for Boston (3:55).

Want to qualify for the NYC Marathon by running a 1:42 half marathon.

Upcoming Races

Long Beach Half Marathon Oct. 8

Surf City Marathon Feb. 2018--I'm training to try to BQ.

Long-Term Running Goals:

I want to keep running marathons into my 70s.

In 1:23.  Having debilitating knee pain when I start running now and out of nowhere during my runs.  Can't take another step when it happens.  Started back on glucosamine a couple days ago.  Hope that kicks it!!!  I have a Ragnar Relay team depending on me now.

Garmin messed up, so I probably did more than this...  First run without knee pain since starting up the glucosamine treatment.  So happy!
