So i ran this morning thinking I had a dentist appointment after school. Turns out my mom got the dates mixed up. My appointment isn't till tomorrow so that means im going to have to run in the morning again tomorrow and miss practice. If your reading this coach im very sorry!

I did so good! I was hurting pretty bad before the race started so i was a little nervous, but it ended up being my best performance of the year! I passed 8 girls and PR'd! WHOOHOO!!!
