I felt SOOO good today! I had a pain free run. Striders were a nice push for me. I ran 2 of the races with the kids at xc kids camp. I got to run with Karly Kimzey. She did so great. She even pushed me so hard that i almost puked. So thats good.
Today was definately a workout! We did 2x1 min and 2x 30sec. down in hells hole. It was a challange, but i felt good. It was nice to push myself harder and feel like im actually improving.
