So i hit the all time low on  my run today. I've been trying to keep a positive attitude all week and i gave it my all, so... hopefully that was enough. i talked to coach Holt and he suggested taking a break over the weekend; i think i will. I had a great time up at camp. Im sad its my last year.

I promise, we all have those times when you feel yucky and hurt no matter what. And if you gave it your all, I mean, what more can be asked of you? You're awesome. And ps.. Your skit was hilarious. Pretty sure I'll never forget you running in circles yelling 'Mon! Mon!'
